AYM HIGHER WORKOUT PROGRAM

Your physical, mental and emotional health matter in more ways than you may be aware of. They are all connected and depend on each another in order to function correctly. Emotions affect your mentality as well as your physical being and vice versa.

I started my fitness journey because of a void in my life I didn’t know how to fill.

I decided to start going to the gym, without a plan, because it was the only outlet I could afford…I was broke AF. As a result, I lost 63 pounds and have kept the weight off mainly due to one thing: persistence.

Being persistent everyday will not be easy. What’s more difficult than quitting is living with the guilt of quitting.

Although I wasn’t able to afford a personal trainer or a nutritionist, I was able to research all the information related to losing weight, body fat loss and building muscle.

Overcoming that feeling of hopelessness is part of the reason why I have become a trainer. Another motivation to improve my health was seeing my father grow weaker and weaker, year after year due to an illness which eventually lead to his passing. My mother, now in her 60s, is not in optimal shape either. It was a major catalyst to move me towards a role that could allow me to help myself and others.

All this to say, if you don’t take care of yourself when you are capable of making a difference, your health will only decline ultimately leaving you and the ones that love you to suffer.

My goal is to help as many individuals as possible. I want to assist them in taking back control of their health. If you have fewer things to worry about in the gym and kitchen, it will allow you to focus your time and energy on real life things.

This program is designed to guide you in the right direction, save you time in the gym and make way to change your outlook on what it means to be healthy and fit.
